Registration Forms and Fee
There is a non-refundable $35 Registration Fee for the Fall-Spring Season.
To register for classes please fill out the online registration form and create a parent portal. Note: when registering for classes you must add a debit/credit card on file. However, if you would like to pay cash or check we do not have to automatically charge your card every month. Please email us for more information.
Payments
First month tuition, plus registration fee are due upon registering. Dancers will not be allowed to participate until payment is received. Please note that there are no refunds, transfers or credits given for early withdrawals. We accept cash, personal checks and credit/debit. Please make checks payable to Stage Door Dance. A late fee of $10.00 per student, will be automatically added to payments received 7 days after the due date. If payment is not received by the 1st of the following month, an additional $25 will be added and the student will not be allowed to participate in class until payment is received. Returned checks will be charged a $25.00 fee.
Refunds
Stage Door Dance regrets that there can be no refunds of tuition or registration fee unless a class is cancelled completely. Once enrolled, students are charged for the full amount of the tuition for the remainder of the session.
Referral Incentives
For every friend or family member you refer to Stage Door Dance, that registers, you will receive 10% off one months tuition.
Attendance
Reimbursements will not be given to students who miss class or for classes cancelled due to inclement weather. Students will have the option to participate in a different class to make up for absence or cancelled class.
Students are allowed 3 un-excused absences per season (birthdays, vacations, events etc.). All other absences we understand are out of our control (School, illness, covid 19, family emergencies, etc.)
If missing a class, please be sure to email Miss Tonie the reason for your child's absence.
If participating in "The Nutcracker" and/or 2024 June Recital, students must attend all their classes the last 5 weeks leading up to the performance. Students who are absent during the last 5 weeks are at risk of being pulled from the performance. A recital commitment contract must be submitted to participate in the performance. Please inform Miss Tonie of any scheduling conflicts at the time of commitment contracts submission.
All in-studio run throughs and dress rehearsals are REQUIRED to participate in all performances. NO EXCEPTIONS
Cancellations
Stage Door Dance reserves the right to change or cancel classes and times according to enrollment. If a cancellation or time change is necessary, you will receive an email explaining the cancellation or time change. Cancellation due to weather will be announced through email, facebook, and instagram.
Studio Communication
We use email, Facebook, and Instagram to communicate with our families. Please provide an active email address when completing your Registration Form as well as like and follow the Stage Door Dance page on Facebook and Instagram so that you can receive important studio updates.

Costume Payments
All dancers participating in "The Nutcracker” must submit a $25 costume rental fee for each class role by October 7th along with their "The Nutcracker" Commitment Contract. All Rental Costumes must be returned to Stage Door Dance the week after the performance.
All dancers who will be participating in the June 2024 recital must submit a non-refundable $50 costume deposit for each class enrolled by December 1st 2023 along with their Recital Commitment Contract. Remaining $50 balance will be due March 1st 2024 (totaling $100/costume). This price includes: Costume, garment bag, hanger, hair accessories, new pair of pink or tan tight depending on the class, and any embellishments or alteration that are needed. Balance for costumes are non-refundable after payment has been made. All new students enrolling January 2024 must submit their non-refundable $50 costume fee for each class enrolled at the time of registration. These costumes are yours to keep.
Photo/Video
Stage Door Dance LLC uses dance class photographs and videos of students on Facebook, Instagram, and website as form of advertisement to promote the business. As well as a chance to show off the talent and hard work students put into class! Images will not be used for any other purpose.
Weather
If Marlborough School District closes because of bad weather, so will Stage Door Dance. Stage Door Dance follows the same schedule as Marlborough Public Schools and will reflect similarly to the Stage Door Dance Calendar. Please check your email, Facebook, and Instagram for all cancellations.
